In 2006 the Resource Centre was fully refurbished, to create a comfortable and modern learning environment. Two hubs of 6 computers were installed which has created an e-library where students can research and study.

Our teacher librarian is a member of our school team and is responsible for the management of the Resource Centre and resources which cater for classroom programs and the learning needs of students and their interests and abilities.

In the teaching role, the teacher librarian joins the classroom teacher as an equal partner in cooperatively planning, developing, teaching and evaluating resource based programs.

The Resource Centre houses a wide and varied collection of fiction and non fiction books as well as a variety of audio visual materials and software.

Borrow times:

Students have the opportunity to borrow resources when they visit the resource Centre during lessons.
